1. The Service

ReplyLoop provides business messaging automation tools for use with the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Atlas AI and certain automation features are currently in private testing and are being prepared for early access.

Features may include automated replies, follow-up workflows, AI-assisted responses, AI lead qualification, human handoff support and other business messaging tools. Availability may vary by account, testing stage, Meta eligibility and the configuration selected by the business.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. WhatsApp connection and platform requirements

ReplyLoop integrates with the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Each business connects and authorizes its own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's supported onboarding and authorization process. Connection options, availability and continued access may depend on Meta's requirements, account eligibility and platform policies.

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable Meta platform terms and other rules that apply to your use of WhatsApp. Meta or WhatsApp may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue access to platform features independently of ReplyLoop.

4. Messaging consent and acceptable use

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permissions and opt-ins required before initiating WhatsApp communications, and for respecting opt-out, stop and withdrawal requests.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached or where suspension is necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties or platform compliance.

5. Atlas AI and automated features

Where enabled, Atlas AI may use information supplied by your business and relevant conversation context to generate AI-assisted responses. Atlas AI currently uses the OpenAI API for AI processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. Your business remains responsible for reviewing, approving where appropriate, and using messages sent through your account. Atlas AI is intended to support business conversations and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.

Where available, human handoff and automation controls are designed to allow a business user to take over a conversation from automated handling. These controls are currently part of private testing and are being prepared for early access.

6. Your content and data

You retain the rights you have in content and business information that you provide to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority and lawful basis required to provide and use customer information through the Service.

You authorize us to process content and data only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure and support the Service, comply with applicable requirements, and perform the activities described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of personal data through the Service must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) where applicable.

7. Third-party platforms and service providers

The Service relies on third-party platforms and service providers, including WhatsApp and Meta for messaging infrastructure and OpenAI for AI processing. We do not control these third parties, and changes to their services, availability, eligibility requirements, technical interfaces, terms or policies may affect the Service.

ReplyLoop and Atlas AI are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or OpenAI.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features in private testing, early access or development may change, be limited, become unavailable or behave differently from their final production version.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.
