ReplyLoop provides messaging automation tools, including automated replies, follow-up sequences, contact tagging and related features for business communication on supported messaging platforms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to recipients who have not consented to be contacted.
• Send content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or fraudulent.
• Violate the terms and policies of any messaging platform you connect to the Service, including WhatsApp and Meta platform policies.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your content, contacts and messages. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the recipients you message through the Service, and for complying with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

5. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. We do not control these platforms, and changes to their availability, features or policies may affect the Service. ReplyLoop is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Fees

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase. We may change our pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
